I also had a bluejay stop in for a snack. I just hung an oriole feeder and hummingbird feeder this weekend so I might see some visitors that I haven't seen over the winter. I have started feeding the birds at my house and I get so excited over my new feathered friends. I have a pair of cardinals that I've name Charlie and Charolette. Charlie visits the feeder more often than Charolette and his beautiful red feathers stand out among the sparrows. I've seen one nuthatch but I have only spotted it that one time. I have a downy woodpecker and I've seen a red bellied wookpecker also. So if you want to experiment with photographing the birds, come on over.
